Don’t miss your chance to visit this special place!
Morse Wildlife Preserve is a privately-owned nature preserve open to the public on special days throughout the year, including Second Sundays in the months of April - October from 9 am - 3 pm.
Walk the traditional trails to appreciate the forest and prairie, take a closer look at wetlands habitat by way of an extraordinary boardwalk, then explore the extended trail loops and newly-accessible habitats beyond. Among the almost 100 acres making up the Morse Preserve are five different habitat types, including wetlands, coniferous forest, oak prairie and deciduous forest. The property also includes a barn on the list of historic barns of Pierce County.
Please leave pets at home. Carpooling is encouraged.
The event runs from 9-3, but please arrive by 2 pm. Gates will be locked at 3 pm.
